Order Policy
- All prices are quoted in the form of United States dollars.
- For the time being, we only accept PAYPAL payment.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Once an order has been submitted, it should not be changed, cancelled, or altered in any way.
- After payment has been made, an invoice will be emailed to you. Please ensure your mail box accepts our mails info@headbeaute.com.
- The price of the item on the date the order is placed, is what you will be charged. FYI, we frequently change our sale price to insure that all our valued customers have a chance to take advantage of our wonderful sale and clearance prices. Kindly notice that whenever the sale is over, that discounted price is no longer available.
- Special orders are welcomed.
Shipping Policy
- We ship internationally. Shipping is provided via registered airmail.
- Shipping charges are determined by the order quantity and amount of money paid per order.
- We make every effort to ship your merchandise in a timely manner. As there is no production lead time, we will try to ship at the first day after we receive your order with payment.
- In normal cases, around 2 to 3 weeks, the parcel is expected to be delivered to the location.
- No handling fees.
- Please advise us for any special shipment handling.
Return Policy
- We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us through email within 7 days of receipt, for getting a return code.
- Sorry, but shipping charges and money are not refundable.
- Damaged item can be returned for an exchange of the same item only, regrettably no exceptions.
- Returned item must be kept in original packaging, with the original invoice. Do inform us before sending the damaged item.
- Due to the fragility of boxes, we cannot accept returns or make exchanges for damaged boxes.
